调查发现,86.2%的差旅购买者表示,经济衰退迫使企业采取成本削减措施,许多措施会一直保留到经济完全复苏以后。
“现在的情况是,强制许多商务旅行者遵守一些差旅限制政策,已经证明是可行的,因此将继续实施下去,”商务旅游市场(Business Travel Market)创始人Paul Robin表示,“经济危机迅速对我们产生影响,差旅购买者也迅速做出反应,调整他们的差旅管理政策和预算。”
“我们与ACTE共同开展的调查发现,变化趋势是企业纷纷削减成本、继续进行商务活动,当经济稳定下来后,这些行之有效的政策调整将保持下去。”
“目前看来,成本节省是第一位的,接下来才是便利性。企业更注重于人们对差旅政策的服从,更看重进行差旅的原因。”
调查发现:
79.2%的企业更多使用电话会议、webex(网络视频会议插件)以及电子通讯;
67.9%的企业减少了获批差旅的数量;
66%表示他们目前提早更多预订,以选择更廉价的产品;
49.1%的受访者表示差旅的等级降低了;
7.5%的受访者表示企业完全禁止进行商务旅行;
26.4%的受访者表示,企业禁止进行非赢利性的商务旅行;
31%的受访者表示,在前往欧洲以及欧洲内出差更多选择乘坐火车,而这更多是出于环保考虑而不是为了节省开支;
在与差旅管理公司(TMC)合作的企业中,只有13.8%认为差旅公司不能帮助他们创造价值。
65.5%的企业表示,TMC的确能为企业增值,原因是TMC提供更优惠的机票价格和酒店房价,提供进行有效管理的重要数据,同时还全天候提供重要的客户支持。
